Before Your Visit

To help us prepare for your appointment, please complete our online patient registration form in advance. If you’re unable to do so, please arrive early to fill it out in person. All patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Please also review this checklist before your appointment:

  • Bring your dental insurance card, a list of all medications, and any X-rays or referrals from your general dentist for us to review.
  • Take all routine medications as usual, unless instructed otherwise.
  • If you require antibiotic premedication due to a medical condition, contact our office in advance.
  • Avoid taking pain medication for at least 4 to 6 hours before your visit.

During Your Consultation

Your appointment will begin with a thorough diagnostic consultation. We’ll carefully review your medical and dental history, followed by a clinical examination and radiographic imaging. In some cases, we may use 3D imaging to detect details not visible on traditional X-rays.

Once we have a clear understanding of your condition, we will walk you through the details of your diagnosis and all recommended treatment options and answer any questions you may have. We aim to give you complete clarity about the next steps.

During Your Treatment

If treatment is appropriate and time permits, it may begin during your initial visit. All procedures are performed under local anesthesia to ensure your comfort. If you have conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or artificial joints or valves, please inform us in advance.

Our endodontists use advanced tools, including Zeiss surgical microscopes, digital X-rays, and microsurgical instruments, to ensure the utmost precision and efficiency. Your comfort remains our top priority, and we take every measure to minimize anxiety and discomfort.

After Your Treatment

Once your procedure is complete, we’ll provide detailed aftercare instructions and explain what to expect during the healing process. Our board-certified endodontists are always available to answer questions or address concerns, even after you leave the office and throughout your recovery. You’ll also receive aftercare guidelines to ensure your tooth continues to heal.
